Are these the new redesigned RKC kettlebells?

Not as such.. But there have been a cpl changes a while back. The base is machined nice and flat, not by hand grinding, so it's dead-flat. The coating is quite tough and won't chip. I hear the older ones did that more. -- These are still the classic cast-iron bells. very nice. The seams on the handle are nicely retouched by hand, to eliminate the casting line where it counts.
