Well when you try to correct a bad posture you have as a habit do not expect comfort it is like trying to get fit without exercising... Nonsense.This posture corrector is working good for me, I can feel it enough to remind me to keep my back straight. When used on top of clothes be aware it can slip a bit by strong movements or efforts like lifting heavy things or exercising but it is easily adjusted back into shape without removing the straps.It feels as if you were wearing a rucksack without weight.After a few weeks I can tell it is working even when I don't wear it I am more aware of my posture at work and at home and I straighten up instantly.The instructions are very clear and you can always contact them if you are unsure of anything.In terms of sizing the sizes are very accurate to what they say on their size chart, I got two one small and one medium and both work fine for my and my partner.As final recommendation start by using it for a little while to get use to the feeling slowly and increase the time progressively, I use it mostly to cook work on the computer and do the daily chores. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My poise looks far better.
