Fantastic Quality
I own this engineers scale in both metric and imperial. Hold one of these and one hand and a cheap steel ruler in the other and you will see why they are more expensive. Rigid, nice weight, smooth ground edges and clear accurate markings that are engraved not printed. Treat it with respect and it will last forever. Worth every penny and a pleasure to use.

This metric rule is extremely well made: accurate, readable, thick enough to be sturdy and rigid but not heavy. The best feature is having the numbers run in opposite directions on the left and right sides and to have them on both faces of the ruler. Taking measurements is much more efficient!
