The solid wood rings are perfect for my hands and don't slip like the plastic ones I have used before. I am new to this gymnastics stuff so the online tutorials they offer were really helpful. And they were free! Yea! I cut off the velcro strap that is attached and just wrap them up with it when I'm done. I didn't like them attached. Great product!
