I absolutely loved these earbuds. They have provided exactly what I needed for work. The USB connectivity was needed and I am so impressed with the range and the clarity of the earbuds. They are very comfortable and I have smaller ears. Excellent company as well. Their customer service is top notch. I will be purchasing their new sw5 soon. Best on the market in my opinion.

Purchased these for work. The microphone was too quiet and the charge didn’t last beyond 3 hours. I ended up having to shout to be heard. The return process was exasperating. I had to print my own return labels etc. The package tracking shows received as of Feb 5th but the time line shows I won’t receive my full refund until Feb 28th?!?!?!

I purchased the earbuds after learning about them in an article on a tech site. I had been looking for a back-up pair for another brand have used. I use the earbuds for my work that is done virtually. The buds are comfortable and were easy to connect to my computer system. The user manual is enough to get started but it could be better written with better graphics and includes some tips when having trouble. However, I must say when I could not figure something out (3-4 times), I emailed the tech people and always got a speedy reply that was helpful. I actually have begin to use the SW4 set more than expected- they've become my go-to pair and the old ones are the backup set.

The earphones fit well, and the charging dock works for its purpose, but while in use at the last 30 minutes of use it keeps saying low battery but blocking out audio output for 15 seconds around the comment. They have great audio if it doesn't desync or double output with a few milliseconds lag between, changing the volumn seems to fix this but every 20 minutes doing this sucks. For the phone it works great but the mics have a so so quality and some times seem very low. Would recommend for basic use maybe, but games such as Tarkov or CoD its a hard no.

I highly recommend these earbuds! The sound quality is excellent, with very clear audio that makes music and calls enjoyable. They also have a long battery life, perfect for all day use. I especially appreciate the dongle, which makes it effortless to connect the earbuds to any device smoothly. These earbuds are both reliable and convenient!

These were ordered as a replacement for another item that got lost. I will say that I am more impressed and confident that I got the right item. Connecting was a breeze with the instructions and overall sound quality is very good. There are some volume issues but are minimal. Great value for your money. Would recommend.

I use these earphones with my desktop PC. The sound is very clear. The batteries last 5-7 hours. Very easy to use. These earphones have exceeded my expectations. I am thinking of buying another pair.

Needed 2.4ghz wireless because Playstation ps4 doesn't play nice with Bluetooth. Read the instructions, powered up ps4 plugged in dongle, opened up charging case, already paired, my 70yo gaming lady loves them, she loves the sound quality for her style of games, tomb raider, uncharted, far cry, mass effect, etc

These are awful, they look nice but they cut out constantly (2.4ghz mode) and the audio quality is terrible, sounds like a tin can.
