McCormick Garlic Powder adds great flavor to all my cooking. The best thing is, it does not clump. I am about half way thru this 8.75oz bottle and it sprinkles and pours just as nicely as the day I opened it. The pour or sprinkle snap tight lid is a nice feature. Great, robust flavor. Does not clump. Easy to use. Great price. Definitely will be reordering.

Great garlic flavor, and good to blend into sauces, etc. NOT so great when making spice blends for surface seasonings, as the powder covers all of the other herbs and spices in the jar, and is very unappealing. If you make your own SPICE BLENDS, and use the powdered garlic, I recommend you instead use granulated garlic for optimum results.

This garlic powder is awesome. I was looking for the very very fine powder…the type that goes up in the air when you squeeze the bottle because it’s so light and fine. I honestly think it has more real and strong garlic flavor than the more courser GP.
