The bulbs are made in China. However, I will say that the performance so far is good. I installed bulbs into two different Scentsy devices 7 weeks ago and they are still burning bright.

Can these bulbs be used in salt lamp

Depends on requirements of the salt lamp. If the lamp requires a 15 watt with candelabra base then yes.

Does this fit all scentsycandle holders?

Don't know if it fits in "all" scentsy wax warmers, but I am using them in the kind that you plug directly into the light socket (like a night light, no cord). I'm thinking this may be a "you get what you pay for" type of item. I ordered the bulbs on March 20th; rcvd them on March 23rd; put one in my scentsy on March 25th; noticed on May 6th that it was burnt out. I've had this wax burner for many years and have only had to replace the bulb three times, not counting this last bulb and it always stayed lit 24/7. The fact that this bulb blew out in 6 weeks speaks volumes as to the quality of the bulbs. Don't know if that helps you or not, but I'm fixing to put another bulb in and will see how long this one lasts...
