Guidecraft Folding Kitchen Helper Step-Stool, Natural

I’ve been waiting ages for this to come back in stock, and ordered as soon as I saw it had. There are so few folding kitchen helper/learning towers on the UK market. This one is perfect! It comes assembled (add the feet if you wish, but I left them off for space storage purposes) and it’s very sturdy. It is clearly well made, and worth every penny in my opinion! My 22 month old loves it and I know we will get many years out of it. I do wish I had been able to order it in white, but am happy enough with the colour as it is.

Fantastic piece of kit and I thoroughly recommend to anyone with a toddler. My two year old LOVES it and so enjoys feeling involved in things in the kitchen, even just things like washing up (although her 'helpfulness' is a work in progress, ha!). The fact that it folds away when not in use was a big factor in my decision to buy, as our kitchen is tiny and therefore space is at a real premium. We just don't screw the platform down and it still appears safe as long as the other latches are secure. The little blackboard and whiteboard on either side are an added bonus, but to be honest she has so much fun in it, that so far she hasn't really noticed them! Worth every penny.

I don't ever write reviews but I had to for this.... Absolutely amazing in all ways. Delivery is always great with Prime. There is no assembly- I haven't put the feet on- as I want it to be as close as possible to the kitchen worktop... My 22 monther absolutely loves it and she uses it to help me cook, do the washing up (well her version anyway!) and eat at sometimes too... Brilliantly made, sturdy, easy to wipe off food and water marks. Can't fault it!!

As a sufferer of extreme anxiety, I needed something secure for my two year old to keep him occupied in the kitchen, and when I came across this I knew it was perfect for us both. There are cheaper on the market but this one looked more secure to me, with a good amount of space, yet it didn't look like he could just topple backwards and fall out. My two year old uses it every day, either helping me bake or prepare dinner, or just standing at the kitchen sink playing with the water (he's obseesed). And it's also meant that I can reclaim some of my sanity by not panicking that I'm going to spill dinner over him or trip him up etc... Which has made it worth the extra expense in my eyes.

This is a good item - one of the few of its kind available in the U.K. My son loves it. It would be better if there was an easier way to climb into it as unless careful your child hits their head on one of the wooden supports!

So easy to assemble. Great height for my young toddler and adjusts so can use into the future. Very sturdy and easy to clean.

Very stable and serves the purpose. It takes a bit of space, even when folded, but it was great buy overall. Child uses it everyday and loves it.

Love this tower. It feels really sturdy and our toddler is obsessed with being up at the counter with us now. The height is just right, it feels safe, and it’s easy to move around and tuck out of the way when we’re done. Overall, great quality and totally worth it – definite five stars from us.

This is AWESOME! Our daugther no longer uses her normal feeding chair; we were basicly holding her one our knees to eat or chase her all over the house with the food. Now she climbs up into this tower and she eats with us at the table; Washing her hands also became something fun as she sits into the tower. Her mother can cook now, without having to worry about the little one doing something aroung the house without surveillance, because she sits next to her in the tower, "helping" her mother. This tower saved us! And it's well made and very good looking too. Extremely practical. WOW! PS: our daughter is 17 months old. The hight of the tower can be adjusted for bigger kids, by lowering the base if necessary.

My 18 month old LOVES this and so do I. It lets her stand up at the table or counter and help cook, create art, or just get a birds eye view of what is going on. I was hesitant to buy it first due to the price, but now I wish I would have bought it much sooner. Assembly was a breeze. It's very sturdy and safe. And the red color is beautiful. The one minor drawback is there is a screw that must be removed to fold and store.
