Worked great, no issues whatsoever. I threaded till it stopped and then backed out a half turn, when I installed the nuts I had to back them out more so the studs were flush with the nuts. Way better than holding that weight in an akward position and trying to insert and thread bolts. Used on a 05 gmc yukon, passenger side from the top and driver side from the bottom.

Worked well with Lq9 and Speed Engineering Longtube headers on new engine. Studs went right into 317 heads and were the right length for plenty of thread to still be sticking out for bolt to grab onto and tighten down headers

These saved me so much trouble! If you've done enough work on the LS engines, then you know how much of a PITA the exhaust bolts tend to be. Especially those back ones. This really makes it's a fast process in comparison..they fit as they should, the quality isn't questionable. It's a good deal for the money, if you go to the box stores you'll pay $17.99 for the studs for 1 manifold.

They definitely fit stock manifolds. Used them with dorman passenger side manifold and gm multi layer steel gasket. Perfect seal.

As others have stated this is the way it should have been attached from the factory. The guilty of the bolts and bust is very good. Torqued up to specs with no problem. Since I was threading into aluminum I used lock tight on the studs and torqued them to 25 lb pounds when installing them and followed mfg specs for the nuts. Very satisfied.
