That is the only way to be able to place the workout bars in the desired height, both quickly and without any problems. So that you can aim to achieve a perfect result, we provide a tool to ensure that everything is properly aligned. This tool is an M12 size threaded rod, including nuts and washers. You attach the threaded bolt on each of the two uprights to achieve a perfect, millimeter-precise end result before setting the bars in concrete. Once the foundations of hardened, the threaded bolt should be removed. **Q: What is the diameter and circumference of the pull up bar?** A: The rod has a diameter of 33.7 mm. This corresponds to a circumference of 105 mm **Q: Could this support a slightly swinging weighted attachment? I was thinking of a boxing bag. Would weigh much less than a person.** A: Hello, yes, that's no problem. You can attach a punching bag, a climbing ladder made of ropes or something similar to the pole. **Q: What is the maximum user weight? also, is it suitable for using with trx?** A: maximum weight is 150 kg / 330 lbs Yes, you can definetly use a TRX slingtrainer with this training-bar.
