Work great and keep your wounded area dry and protected. I prefer these to the silicone cots that make your fingers sweaty and wrinkly. Still have to wear a rubber glove when washing, but it's worth the extra effort. I'm about to wash a couple of these, if they fall apart I'll update this review.

As a senior,I am slightly less precise in my knife skills. Years of being a waitress have taken a toll on my dexterity and caused nerve damage in my left hand that has left my thumb and index fingers partially numb. As I like to keep my knives really sharp,there have been times when I didn't even feel anything as I sliced my fingers! What I love about these finger guards is I don't need the whole hand covered by a glove...they are quick,easy and effective with just the right amount of thickness and cut resistance to protect me.They are durable and rinse clean/air dry. Perfect!!!

I use them for whittling on the go and they do their job, they've prevented me from cutting the part of my fingers the blade hits. And I think they're worth the price point. What I dislike is that they don't return to original shape. So if I use one on my thumb, it will then be loose on another finger. The loose fit can be annoying when you're whittling and constantly moving the piece of wood with your fingers. They also dont reach as far down on my finger as I'd like them to (a large glove fits me fine for reference). Maybe not the ideal choice for whittling/carving, but can see them being useful for other cutting tasks.

Love these Finger Gloves - they have SAVED my fingers. They give me more flexibility than full gloves and work dry or wet. I use them when cutting glass, and when grinding stained glass pieces. I recommend them.

Good idea, but they slide off SO easily. Not practical.

The best I have been able to buy, I no longer cut my fingers working super good and reliable, I highly recommend them, they are super safe.

The material is pretty good and sturdy. BUT, the cots are a bit on the small size! Especially for men. Barely fits my pinky, and on the index finger it's a very tight fit. No way it would fit on the thumb. There should be an option for bigger sizes.

I bought these for my sister who lost a nail (concrete slab vs fingers don't go) They were a little loose but it all worked out as she wears Safe & Sound Cotton Finger Cots underneath for padding anyway, so just puts this over the top when she's working for added protection.

Highly recommend these jewels as i dont get cut when peeling. Ty
