Nicely priced and outlasted one cable so far.
Used it to upgrade a headset for a detachable cable. Has worked well for the last 6 months.

Used one of these to mod my HyperX Cloud 2 gaming headphones so I could use any 3.5 mm cable I wanted. Worked perfect!!! They only negative I have is that the copper terminal on the first one I tried to solder melted into the jack and I ruined it. I soldered they copper terminal on the second jack much faster and it worked great. At least they send 2 in a pack.

Great jack, helped me fix my broken HyperX Cloud Core headphones. Not only does the mic still work, but now I can use detachable cables! Only downside? There's no documentation on this. I had no idea which pin connected to what. If you don't have a multi meter, it's a pretty big problem. Fortunately, I figured out the pin out so you don't have to. Firstly, after a lot of searching, the actual part number for this jack is the MJ-064H But even then there's no diagram showing which pin corresponds to what. But I eventually found the original Japenese data sheet and translated it. You can take a look at my pictures if you just want the diagram, otherwise you can keep on reading. This being a TRRS connector means that there are 4 connectors, the Tip Ring Ring Sleeve. The Ring after the Tip is Ring 1, and the second ring is Ring 2. Now it's important to know which wiring standard your device uses, since the Mic and Ground are reversed on the newer one. The older OMTP standard goes like this Tip - Left Ring 1 - Right Ring 2 - Mic Sleeve - Ground The newer CTIA/AHJ standard has the mic and ground reversed Tip - Left Ring 1 - Right Ring 2 - Ground Sleeve - Mic Chances are that any device from 2012 and onwards uses the newer CTIA/AHJ standard. So how does that translate to the jack? Go get your jack and look for the little numbers next to the pins, they should numbered from 1-3. Turn them right side up. Now the longest pin should be on the bottom and the rightmost pin should be the short gold colored one. The pins are labelled like this Left pin (Tip) - Left Audio Channel Right pin (Ring 1) - Right Audio Channel Top pin (Ring 2) - Ground (or Mic with the old standard) Bottom Pin (Sleeve) - Mic (Or ground with the old standard) I can confirm that this is the proper wiring, since the answer that claimed that the golden right pin is ground and that longest bottom pin is the right channel is wrong. I hope this helped anyone reading this.
