The pain is already easing away. After reading some other reviews, I prepared myself for a horrible smell. The smell was medicinal, but not bad. Its a far cry from Bengay, which to me smells overpoweringly strong. In addition, it doesn't have the same "Oh bleep that burns" feeling that you get with Bengay. From what I understand, Celadrin is actually addresses the inflammation, not just the discomfort. If you can tell the difference within half an hour for a topical pain product that doesn't make your skin feel like it's on fire, it's good in my book. The price is not bad either!
