What’s the difference between hot chocolate and drinking chocolate?

I think they're the same. I've made hot chocolate with it several times. It's delicious!

Can you drink this cold?

It won't mix very well when it's cold. In the past I have made a strong mix with hot milk and put it in the refrigerator, then when you drink it add more milk and stir.
