I have taken more of interest in the kitchen lately and so have been trying out some new recipes and I’m really happy with this puff pastry. It saves so much time and rolls out perfectly. It rises well in the oven and has a nice flaky texture. Much easier than making it from scratch and the quality is great for the price.

Its pastry, that goes all puffy when you bake it. 10/10 would bake again.

Used to make pizza rolls. Ok as fat in internal contents ie cheese. Didnt rise when making pies with. Will stick to quality brands. Caused bleeding from anus as not enough butter content.

Easily as good as Jus-Rol provided you dont let it sit at room temperature for too long. Prepare your fillings beforehand and remove the pastry from the fridge. In an ideal world you'll let the pastry stand for 5 minutes or so, and have it filled and in the oven in around 10 minutes. Leave it too long and it will get soft and sticky and really hard to work with. Jus-Rol gives you a bit more time but it is considerably more money than this... Recommended if you use it quickly... If you are a procrastinating cook, then you'll be better off spending the extra on Jus-Rol.
