Very efficient, portable with 3 modes.
This is the best dehumidifier we have ever owned. It wheels around really easily. It's easy to use and very effective. We have it in our kitchen, which is being renovated and in the last couple of months it has dried out the damp and stopped the regrowth of black mould. It is a bit noisy when it is nearly full, but the display on the top tells you how full it is. It also peeps when it is full and the red indicator light lights too. We have it on automatic mode all the time and it stops if the moisture level drops to normal.

Quiet, efficient, well built!
We needed a replacement dehumidifier for drying clothes and keeping the basement damp under control. I had never heard of this brand but was attracted by the low dB rating for the noise generated. The cost was about comparable with the others in the range so I took a chance and couldn’t be happier. It is a solid, well built piece of kit. The buttons are satisfyingly robust and it is easy to understand the operation. The wheels are neat and make it easy to roll from room to room and the carry handles are neatly positioned and make it comfortable to carry. The draw is machined accurately and fits perfectly with a good solid ‘click’ when in position. Only slight difficulty is seeing the water level measure which is used to check how full the machine is - a small gripe to be honest. It manages to extract circa 7l of water from the air in our house every 24 hours which is about twice as efficient as my old unit. We run this 24/7 now as it is quiet enough not to disturb our sleep. I would buy this machine / brand again.

Pulls serious amounts of humidity
This machine pulls alot of moisture from what I thought was a fairly dry house. There has been a dramatic reduction in window and bathroom condensation and clothes dry in half the time. It's also quiet enough to watch TV without disturbance. My only criticisms are that it's awkward to carry as the built in handles are a bit small. I also don't really understand if the ion button does anything however there is black staining at the water feed to the tank.

A simple to use highly effective dehumidifier - excellent!
Bought the Lowry Dehumidifier for my utility room, which always feels damp and musty due to wet clothes, shoes and dogs! I have been delighted with he effectiveness of this equipment. I leave on overnight and in the morning the musty smells have gone and damp clothes and boots have dried! Its simple to use and the reservoir holds plenty of water, or can be connected to drainage system with a pipe. I would fully recommend to anyone after a good household dehumidifier.

Does the job perfectly.
As the extractor fan in my bathroom is pathetic and I was getting nasty black mould in small areas of the room, I decided to get one of these dehumidifiers. I now run it after showers or baths and it does a very effective job of clearing the air in there. The mould issue seems to have cleared up too. The machine has a few settings which work well and it isn't too noisy, if it is running with the bathroom door shut it really just makes a humming sound. I haven't noticed a marked increase in electricity usage either, in fact my smart meter barely registers it when it is running. The water reservoir is easy to remove and to empty and simply slides back into the front of the unit. This was a good purchase.

Great product
Great product, removes water quickly as expected, quiet operation with fan to really circulate air through it, no smells, would recommend and buy again. Fairly heavy but castor wheels to push around, size as expected for what it does. A handle for lifting would be nice being critical. Aesthetically pleasing.

Awesome
Great machine. Filled up so quick, I had to put it on the counter and connect the continuous flow pipe to drain down the sink. I have just taken over the lease of a shop which has a very damp basement - this dehumidifier got the humidity down from 89% to 48% in just two days. It is a little heavy but has wheels. The noise when it’s on turbo is a little bit on the loud side but it’s not in an area we spend a lot of time in. I got the 20L per day one if anyone is wondering. Very happy with it. Thanks!

Damp basement and no little extraction
I wanted to upgrade my dehumidifier to a greater capacity as my previous one was heating up the cellar and running almost all day long without turning off. This unit has a compressor in it so it is heavier than a desiccant dehumidifier. I had absolutely no luck with this unit. I left it on all day on turbo mode, set at 50 and it never turned off or collected any water. I have a temperature and humidity meter in the cellar which read 60 and several hours later it went down to 58. My older unit on turbo mode will bring down the humidity from 60 to 40 but the cellar would become almost 30*C as as a result.
