I have Parkinsons disease with balance problems. These poles have given me confidence to walk further and with better pace. The handles are a great design feature,ensuring that there is no muscle tension in hand, arm or shoulder. The ferrule on the bottom ensures a firm plant of the pole. Adjustment of length straightforward. Arrived very quickly. Worth every penny!

These have changed my life. At 89 years of age I found walking very tiring and my back ached. With these poles I am able to be more upright which alleviates the back problem and I am striding out as the poles help with balance and seem to adjust the weight more evenly. Now I try to walk outside every day and am really enjoying it whereas before I had to make myself venture out as I knew how uncomfortable I would feel. These poles are the best value for money

I have mobility and balance problems and foot drop due to neuropathy, and assumed I'd no longer be able to go hill walking, which was previously one of my hobbies. Since getting these walking poles last month, I've felt far more confident when walking - I guess they're like stabilisers for a bike! I've been walking on paths (and even across fields) that I thought I'd never see again. I should add that I'm having treatment for my neuropathy, so that's improving in its own right, but the fact that I can get out and exercise and build up my strength is also helping my symptoms improve. Fantastic and highly recommended - well worth the price.

Fabulous sturdy poles, recommended by my friend who Nordic walks everyday with hers. I have arthritic thumbs & these help them due to no wrist ties so much better for my thumbs & wrists! Definitely walking faster now!

If I were to pick one thing it would be that the clips which were added to the upgraded version of these poles would have been a great addition just for extra security

I have only used these poles for a short while, but can feel they are keeping my body in a better alignment than the single walking stick I'm used to. My GP suggested they would probably be better than a stick and I think time will prove her to be correct. Well made and fast delivery.

These poles are amazing! I have a balance disorder which has lately been causing more pronounced stability issues, and these have worked wonderfully in giving me my confidence back! Lightweight, easy to hold and adjust, arrived quickly, and exactly as described. Absolutely recommend 100%!

I’m recovering from spine surgery and am supposed to walk every day. But the only way I can walk any distance is with support. Canes don’t cut it for neighborhood walks, nor does a walker. I found regular hiking poles, which helped. Then I found these. I almost didn’t get them because they are triple the price of regular trekking/hiking poles I already have. Then I thought, why not try them? From the very first step, they made walking easier and I was able to go much further without coming back exhausted. They were totally worth it. Better than canes, better than walkers, better than hiking poles. Extremely easy to adjust height and very stable.

The walking poles did a fantastic job of getting me back to walking after spending months in a wheelchair and then a walker! The poles helped me with my posture and with walking with more confidence! They are study and comfortable to use. Worth every penny!

Extremely good for correcting posture. I particularly liked the grip on the handles and the fact that these poles don’t slide shorter over time. The length is fixed to your desired specifications

My physical therapist recommended these and I was hesitant at first, but they are now my favorite mobility aid. My arms are weak and often tire from using a cane, but the way these hiking poles fit in my hand and swing automatically, they do not tire my arms and provide me with better balance. They are lightweight, strong, and don't really require any assembly at all beyond pushing the little button and sliding them to the correct height. I've taken them with me to concerts and simply slide them small to store under my seat which is much easier to manage than a rollator walker or traditional arm crutches.
