Fan favorite, very fragile
Our customers at the coffee shop LOVE these cups. They were a nightmare for our team to work with though. The customer satisfaction was so high we will likely reorder but a few o them arrived damaged. The lids cracked and rims of the cups destroyed. I did, however, have one customer tell me they were able to rinse and reuse theirs for quite some time so maybe we just need to handle them with EXTRA care.
