I'm so glad to be done with non stick pans which flake. These have been amazing and look as good as the day they arrived despite frequent use. Perfect for cupcakes/muffins and have also made Yorkshire puddings in them. Some sticking but once seasoned well this reduces.

The stainless steel baking pan is the best option for baking in toaster oven. The bottom of baked goods did not get burned. I have used P&P CHEF stainless steel muffin pans for about 20 times and like them very much. Easy to clean and still looks new. Just bought the second set to bake a larger batch. I used one muffin pan upside down as the cover to avoid burn on the top in toaster oven. I got this idea from baking artisan bread in a Dutch oven. My trick is to bake the first 2/3 of baking time with the cover and the remaining 1/3 of baking time without the cover. I also baked no-knead bread rolls at 325°F this way with pretty good oven spring.

I was really concerned if it was true that it is stainless. I was tired of ordering stainless and getting aluminum instead. No, I won't bite. I can tell aluminum from a mile away and for the rest there is a dishwasher test.. if you wash aluminum it will darken and get ugly while stainless steel might get a bit of some clouding here or there just like any best frying pan but won't darken. It is fabulous. It is perfect for my use as I intend to use it in a smaller countertop toaster oven that uses quarter sheet and it fits two of them just perfect so it is ideal for this purpose. Can't be happier. Will update once I will put it to work but so far I can tell it is really great.
