I bought these because I struggle with iron tablets and wanted something easier to take day to day. These gummies have been a really nice alternative. The cherry flavour is pleasant and not overly sweet, and they are much easier to remember to take compared to tablets or capsules. Out children also take them daily and although not keen at first they now take them every day without fail and don't even bat an eyelid. I like that they include vitamin C as well, which helps with absorption, and they do not upset my stomach like some iron supplements can. They are chewy and i have found some are a bit sticky. The jar lasts a good while so it feels like decent value for money. The taste is not exactly like fresh cherry, and you can still tell it is an iron supplement, but compared to tablets it is a big improvement. I would definitely rather take these than go back to capsules. Overall a good option if you need an iron boost but want something simple and more enjoyable to take. I will buy them again.

They are tasty, too tasty :) They lasted ages. I loved them. Didn’t not stain my teeth as other iron supplements might do.

It's very easy to take as the taste is nice, excellent quality and value for money

My daughters 2 years old and 7 years old very like it! This is just second bottle but I noticed that their appetite is better for both my daughters and we using it with extra natural vitamin c together because these two combination works stronger.

I’m not saying that these aren’t a good supplement but people need to understand that if they take a B complex they need to check that other supplements they may be taking could also have B vits in them. Check what is in your supplements to ensure that you don’t overdose on B6, like I did as it can cause problems.

Have an iron deficiency so bought these thinking they would be easier on my stomach than other supplements. They are except they are so chewy and got hard like even with lid shut. Not a fan. Will find a new alternative

Taste great-none of the usual after taste you can get with iron tablets……and who doesn’t love a gummy!
