I have had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for months but had trouble using a slant board to stretch my calf without also hurting my knee. The EPP half round roller has worked wonderfully with no stress on my knee. It is also so small and light weight that I can easily take it to the gym with me. I just bought a second one so I have one at home and one in my gym bag. Very reasonable price!

Perfect half round for plantar fasciatus exercises. It is firm but soft enough that it doesn't hurt your toes upon lifting. Very versatile as well. This size is perfect for foot work and easy to store away.

I love this half round back roller. My PT person uses this on me during my therapy. It helps to loosen up my thoracic muscles.

It’s really small. I am pleased with it. It works really well, but it’s difficult to get both feet on it at the same time. I’m a little larger than average, and it does do GREAT for calf stretches. I just have to do one leg at a time or be very careful to not fall off one end or the other. I wish it were 18”, though. So far, the dogs aren’t interested in chewing on it, so - bonus. Missing one star bc it’s too slick. I guess that makes it easy to clean but more traction would be safer. It slides too easy on carpet and my shoes slide off of it. But I’m keeping it.

I'm using this as a door stopper preventing my door knob from hitting the wall. Works great and it's also an exercise tool.

It’s ok for what I needed, which was a head rest while doing certain weight exercises on a bench. But know that this is basically made of styrofoam. It isn’t rubberized at all and it’s relatively hard and inflexible. Super light weight, as you might expect from a styrofoam product, but as such it’s overpriced by about 2x.

ふくらはぎのストレッチに使っています。この目的にはハーフのポールがベストと感じます。体重の乗せ方を変えればストレッチの強度も自分で調整しやすいと思います。旅行などに持っていけるように30cmのものを半分に切断しました。片足に全体重を乗せてもへたる様子はありません。
