Very cold and fits well. I have terrible migraines and have had for years and I always use ice packs but this polar cap and the neck wrap is the absolute bomb!!

Worked a little too well because I let my husband try it and he fell in love with it. So I gotta get another one. For actually me this time.

Super fast shipping! I LOVE the neck one, hence 4 stars, The head one is good too, but personally, with it being frozen, I cannot put it ON my head! It gets WAY too cold, talk about brain freeze! Im sure if I could tolerate it long enough it WOULD do the trick though! I just have super sensitivity, especially when I have a migraine. I would have given it 5 stars except for this - I think it is too tight, which honestly could be a good thing for some people, It is just my personal opinion! I do use the head wrap by laying it flat on the back of my head / neck, or draping it over my eyes. It works great like this. It is worth the hype all in all! I think if I left it out for a few mins, it may work well for me too, if I let it warm up a bit. They don't stay super cold for long, but long enough to take the edge off. You aren't supposed to have these (or heat) on for more than 30 mins anyway, so it does last about 20/30 mins.

Very thick and great quality. I love the cap with the gel pack on top. It’s wonderful. The neck wrap is great for when I’m overheating as well

I really love this product..it feels great and it was cool to the touch right from the package!..I would recommend storing in the fridge,..unless you need it to be very cold.

It helps with the pain but the cap is a little too tight and with a migraine I can't take it. I just hold it on my head and it feels nice cold and squishy.

This is the third time I ordered this product. This time it was for a friend of mine. The cold comfort from this product is amazing.

My daughter loves it for bed time. She falls asleep fast and with complete comfort. Now I need to buy one again for myself!

These seem great so far. Stuck it in the freezer for 24 hours. Only used it once so far but used it on and off all day. For 6 hours. It was still cool. When I first took it out of the freezer, I had to leave it on the counter for a bit as it was way too cold. But then I used it on for 10 minutes and off for 10 minutes several times for that six hours before it started to not be cool anymore. It seems to be made of quality material and it fit fine on my head and neck. I like the top coverage.

Je mets 5 étoiles même si le froid ne dure pas très longtemps, environ 15 minutes (ensuite c'est plutôt de la fraîcheur), puisque c'est le cas pour tous les produits souples. Le tissus est doux. La compresse pour les épaules peut être portée tout en travaillant, c'est ce que je fais quand j'ai des douleurs à la nuque. La tuque est un peu lourde, donc plus facile à utiliser en position assise ou couché.

Love this neck and head pack. Love the extra gel inside as it stays cold longer. I ordered just the cold cap 2 years ago and loved it. This upgraded version is even better. I would highly recommend this product.

I love this product, whenever someone in my house is sick, has a headache or neck pain this is perfect to soothe it. I use this all the time and love that it has a head hole for your hair if you want to wear a ponytail. I wish it stayed cold longer but I understand that this is product is make from a jell and not water so it has its limitations. Over all, it’s not hard as a rock when you get it out of the freezer which is nice and it fits comfortably.
