Apparently a great watch with pathetic customer support.
The watch arrived today. Have barely used but it feels good. Great looks. And the metallic strap is easily resized and fits well offering the old-world charm. Sadly, however, the invoice came torn [vertically half, with invoice / sr number missing. So I couldn't fill the warranty form. When I tried to reach their customer support the IVR fell in to a loop ignoring your answer keys. So I tried their company page on Amazon. Ironically, these links took me to the same menu yet again. So without prejudice to the quality of the watch I can say their management and customer support are simply pathetic.
