If you buy one book to help understand the detailing methods used to achieve the passive house standard, this is the one. The details shown are clear, easy to read and large enough to fully understand. Fantastic architectural details in this book!
I am very pleased with this book. It includes a great number of large scale color architectural details describing different foundation, floor, wall, and roof conditions for designing energy efficient buildings. If you are an architect or builder interested in learning how to build state-of-the-art energy conserving homes or buildings, this is a fantastic resource for you. Besides the illustrations there is plenty of text explaining the reasoning behind the construction systems illustrated. I highly recommend this book, along with another comparable book titled "The New Net Zero" which is also available on Amazon.

Best book on Passive House Details yet for the US.
Wow! This is a tremendous book and the best one on the subject so far. There are projects located all over the US, from Maine to Virginia to Colorado to Oregon . All of the houses are explained with beautiful details for primarily very modern designs. Highly recommend this book.

This book is more geared to architects and designers. It is very helpful and full of how to. I found it an excellent resource.
