My first pair lasted a long time and one side eventually wore out. I was hesitant buying a new pair because I am a creature of habit and was afraid something would not be right. These fit in my ears comfortably and the sound is crisp. Easy to tap to increase or decrease volume. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I prefer the earbuds where you can physically press to pause, increase, decrease, etc instead of tap. I find that, because of my hair, I accidentally tap the buds and they pause. But that is a personal preference. When I am working at my desk these ear buds deliver clear sound both with music and phone calls.
