I whip this into my heated coffee creamer before adding it to my morning coffee. Love the taste and am very pleased with the positive impact it has made for me. This is my second order. I did lots of research on mushrooms to sift through the marketing crap and confusion. Here's why I repeatedly buy this product: - Organic. Critically important. Lions Mane grows on wood. In order for any mushroom grower to be competitive and profitable, they need to find a cheap source of wood, which is typically sawdust. But sawdust from many sources is toxic, as they are sawing wood that has glue and chemicals in it! These mushrooms are grown in sawdust from a wood mill in Canada that cuts natural hardwoods. So if it isn't organic, be highly suspicious of what they grow their mushrooms in. - Extract VS Fruiting body VS Mycelium - These are the 3 formats that mushrooms typically come in. There is a BIG difference in potency. Mycelium is the white connective tissue in the soil (wood substrate); it is the "roots" so to speak of the mushroom from which fruit comes up. Fruiting body is the actual mushroom, the part of the organism that grows above the soil. The fruiting body (actual mushroom) is more potent than the mycelium. One could say that the mycelium is really a biproduct of growing mushrooms, the real strong medicine is in the actual mushroom. This company creates an EXTRACT of the fruiting body, which is like real concentrated mushrooms. So you want mushroom extract - not mycelium, not mycelium extract, and not just ground mushrooms - Extract is the best! And that is what this company provides. - Results - I feel the difference when taking this product. Mental clarity is noticeably enhanced over time. I use the "Stamets Stack" method of microdosing. Look it up. Bottom line - this is quality stuff. The price seems more expensive when you compare price per ounce, but you can use much less of this one compared to the less expensive brands. Good, but a bit expensive

I got this for my senior cat's mental clarity(He's 13) and neuropathy upon recommendation from more than one of private cat health groups I belong to. My holistic vet of over 40 plus years had retired, and I have no other options for vet care in that field anywhere close to me.(I do have a vet now though.) My cat had been receiving only alternative therapies and treatments etc his entire life until then, rarely ever any medications)He's a senior now, and even though my vet had taught me how to do his acupressure points and do acumassage on him, I can only do so much. I can't get the custom made homeopathic remedies I used to get from him anymore... Since starting my cat on this mushroom, I have seen him more alert, he doesn't sleep all the time, he was not moving much before, but now is up and about and up and down the stairs, whereas before, if he went downstairs, I would have to go and get him and bring him back up. It's a big enough turnaround that I'm keeping him on this. I really didn't know what to expect, but I'm very pleasantly surprised. I'm sure, I'm 100% sure my holistic vet would have put him on mushrooms if he were still here. I miss him so much and his vast, vast knowledge! I honestly love this stuff. It’s a bit expensive is the only down side but it is worth it. I drink Ryze mushroom coffee in the morning and I add this to it and it’s perfect. I can’t do coffee anymore as the caffeine has started to give me anxiety for some reason but this combo is where it’s at. My brain feels awake and buzzing in such a good way and my body feels good too. No anxiety, no jitters, just clear mentally and focused.

With brain apathy and celiac this is the only company I could find that grows the lions mane on wood instead of wheat. This product has a great quantity since I use a tsp a day in my coffee. It dissolves great, has a really nice smooth earthy taste and starts to work in about 30 minutes. It has helped with my focus after about a week. My energy level has increased and it last all day.

Lion's main powder has definitely been one of the better changes I've made. I add it to my morning smoothie along with l-theanine and l-glutamine powder, and it does wonders for gut health and mental focus! Even better add a little bit to your black coffee with l-theanine, and it also enhances mental focus without the coffee jitters! It's basically the ingredients in all the mushroom coffees that are trending right now.

This is a quality product. It disolves in my hot tea. Tastes good, gives me an energy boost and has helped me think clearer. I wasn't happy with the price and tried another company's brand to get more for the money. I had to toss it out. Didnt disolve just stayed in a clump. Had a horrible taste and gave me a headache and nausea. So am just going to stick with what works now. I am not going to try another brand again. I prefer this brand in powder form because you can put it in hot drinks to get a bigger benefit.

If you can order from USA directly, maybe you can expect of price/cost difference. Otherwise they are offering it in a hiked price.

This product actually works, but the quantity is not worth the price

Don't be put off by the price, this is the real deal. Been using for a couple of weeks now and the benefits are noticeable: Focus, Clarity & Sleep all improved.

I was not observed any change

I have been dealing with day drowsiness, lack of energy and brain fog for years yup I tried just about every supplement that stated it was great for energy and brain fog but really had no luck.. well I finally hit the jackpot!! Let me tell you how happy I am now no more 3pm wanting to lay down. Yes I have only taken this for 5 days the first two days not much but on the third day BOOM something kicked in that made me want to get on my treadmill and walk for 5 hours with even enough energy after to vacum my huge living room and the energy just kept going for the rest of the day and evening. Next day and after was the same thing.
