No smell, shake the bottle before use and silky skin is on the way!
I’m about a week into using this product, and I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve had extremely dry skin for as long as I can remember — even as a child, my grandmother was constantly trying to lotion my arms and legs. I first heard about this product from a dermatologist on YouTube, and while I don’t usually jump on recommendations from YouTube doctors, I decided to give it a try. Contrary to some reviews, I don’t think it smells bad at all. Maybe the formula has changed, but the scent barely registers to me, and I’m very sensitive to smells. When I first pumped it out, it seemed thinner than I expected, but then I realized the bottle says to shake it before use. Once I started doing that every day, it came out with a much more normal lotion consistency. The difference in my skin has already been remarkable. My skin looks healthier and feels softer than it has in years. I struggle with fibromyalgia and very dry, flaky skin that would practically powder off when scratched, but this product has already made a huge improvement in just seven days.

Great Body Lotion for Dry Skin!
This is my go-to body lotion. Well repairs extra dry skin. I use this year round. Can be a bit stingy/spicey if you’ve just shaved your legs. Great product; recommend to anyone.

SIMPLY, BASIC SKIN CARE
I feel everyday use nourishes my skin. Although I focus on my face, all skin surely can benefit. Basic skin care at its best.

It works
I started using AmLactin Body Cream after dealing with dry, bumpy skin on my arms for months. I had heard it was great for keratosis pilaris and rough patches, and I was ready to try anything that might help. The texture of the cream is thick but spreads easily. It’s fragrance-free, but that means you get the natural lactic acid smell—which is a bit sour and clinical. Not a dealbreaker for me, but something to be aware of, After using it consistently for a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my skin. The little bumps on my upper arms started smoothing out, One thing to note: this isn’t an overnight fix. You need to be consistent, using it daily to see lasting results. But if you stick with it, it works wonders. If you're struggling with dry, rough, or bumpy skin, AmLactin is 100% worth trying.

Ok
I don’t want to say this is a bad product — I’ve heard nothing but good things about it. This is just my personal experience. It moisturize the area I applied it to. Unfortunately, something in the formula caused an allergic reaction. The area turned red, inflamed, and became very sore. That doesn’t mean it’s a bad product — it just wasn’t right for my skin. I strongly recommend doing a patch test on a small area first before applying it to a larger spot. Even with my experience, I’d still suggest giving it a try if it sounds good to you.

This works so good!
I never write reviews but this is just that good! Got this to help with KP on arms, rough skin on elbows and scaley appearing skin on legs. I’ve tried every moisturizer to help with the rough and scaly skin and a few more pricey options for the KP and none have helped. This cleared my KP in a matter of 3 uses and they were a few days apart. As for the rough leathery texture on my elbows that was softened and practically non existent the very next morning after putting it on at night after my shower. Same thing with my legs! I use it a few times a week (the other days I just use a regular moisturizing lotion) when I’m not going to be in sun the next day for long periods of time since the active is Lactic Acid. The smell is not my favorite it’s like a warm but odd cinnamonish smell but it goes away within like a few minutes of rubbing it in. Highly recommend I will be a forever loyal customer to this lotion!
