This deck is a fresh take on the tarot. It can be read as an animal oracle deck and it doesn’t take away from the standard tarot reading. It completely removes the human element of the tarot by changing the suits to acorns (wands/fire), feathers (swords/air), crystals (pentacles/coins/earth) and shells (cups/water). The artwork is absolutely stunning. Its a nice pastel deck that gives very peaceful readings. I love that this deck has the element symbol on each of the minor arcana cards as well as two key words. These are linked to traditional tarot meanings as well as the animals in each card. Pauline has done a fantastic job carefully selecting which animal represents which card and it works really well. This is the best animal tarot deck i’ve come across so far. It works really well. The card stock is perfect, it shuffles so well and fans out beautifully. The only thing I don’t like is the US Games copyright on the back of the cards. But they’ve printed it on the top and the bottom so the cards can be read reversals, and the guidebook even includes reversal meanings. I really enjoy this deck and have had very strong readings for both myself and others with it.

This deck has warranted my very first review. Pre ordered these and expected them to arrive a lot sooner, but all good things come to those that wait! Another beautifully illustrated deak of cards from Paulina Cassidy. Absolutely delighted with this set. Nice card stock and gorgeous artwork on the back of cards also. This set comes in a very sturdy box which is ideal to keep the cards from being damaged, and a delightful booklet companion booklet is included. This is a very gentle tarot deck, anyone wishing to begin with tarot and has a love of the animal kingdom, this would be a great set to use.The death card has been replaced with a transformation card. Transformation for transition and liberation, which is exactly how this card should be read. The deck is worth getting for the artwork alone, as Paulina's is unique. You can feel the love in this deck. The traditional suites have been changed to Acorns representing wands, Feathers representing air, Shells represent water and Crystals represent the earth. I love this deck! Rumour has it she may have another deck in the pipeline. I will definitely be pre ordering it!

A very sweet, pretty deck. I use this often on my YouTube channels’The Tarot Therapist’ and ‘Onora Tarot’ should you want to see them in action. The imagery is stunning. Doesn’t offer me personally more insight as it’s animals which I don’t see as a spirit animal in this deck more of just a nice picture. These are my travel go to deck as they’re a good size, I take these and one other. However, I do use them daily, so overall I would recommend. Good size, traditional tarot, glossy finish, quite lightweight, were quite sharp edges on first use, had a few ‘ouch’ paper cut moments, but fine now. Overall a great deck, especially for travelling readers. Onora💚

The artwork is amazing, really. The cards shuffle well and they're on the big side. The accompanying book is very useful and the spreads inside are very nice to try on yourself or others. However, this is more like an affirmation deck or oracle deck. Everything is positive, which is great when you need a gentle message, but not realistic for every day readings.

Paulina's best deck so far for me. I can feel the love she has poured into this creation. Very skilful art work too. She captures the spirit of the animals she depicts and for me they leave a lasting impression in my mind and heart. I love them, they feel like dear friends already and I find them very easy and clear to read with. They have also inspired me to do research on many of the animals. This deck has many layers of meaning and opens your mind in a gentle way to new perspectives.

I made the right decision getting this set of card! It is the most amazing thing and I love it very much. The soft colour and the drawing and painting of each card is so delicate and thoughtful. I connected with it from the first time I opened the box. This is such a good card if you want something very positive something to motivate you or remind you of each day. I don't read for other people so this card is perfect for me.

These are gorgeous and beautifully designed cards.

This deck!! There's nothing bad that I can say about it. The animals are so mindfully and carefully chosen. The meanings are entrenched in both scientific and cultural knowledge. And the card stock is amazing. A bit cardboard-y and glossy, but it holds up really well to rough shuffling. It is reversible. The US games logo is visible on the back, but it's too small to be a distraction. Yes, the card imagery does seem busy. But, this is pastel-hued, beautiful detailing that is easy on the eyes. It's not a particularly easy deck to read because it lacks a lot of contextual imagery. But with a bit of effort, you can learn to read the cards well. The best part about this deck is that you can use it as both a tarot deck and animal oracle deck. I do the same. Considering its relatively low cost - this is the most-reasonably priced deck that I bought in india - this deck is perfect if you are on a budget and can't purchase two decks, but want to work with both tarot and Oracle cards. Another plus point - this deck's imagery is really gentle. It doesn't contain any negative imagery that many other decks have. You can use this deck on children or clients who have faced trauma, without affecting them negatively. But don't worry, the messages given by this deck aren't too soft either. This deck has been to-the-point and given me loads of actionable insights. A definite must pick for those who like practicing animal based cartomancy.

動植物たちが幻想的に美しく描かれています 大アルカナは、ウェイト版に則して8が力で11が正義ですが、愚者→TheTraveler、教皇→Shaman、恋人→Love、運命の輪→TheWheel、死神→Transformation、悪魔→TheShadow、審判→Awakeningと独自に置き換えられていますが、意味的にはそれほど変更はないのかなといった印象です 小アルカナは、カップがShells(貝殻)、ソードがFeathers(羽)、ワンドがAcorns(どんぐり)、ペンタクルがCrystals(結晶)に置き換えられていて世界観にマッチしています また、商品紹介の写真を拡大してもらうと見えますが、全てのカードの絵の下の部分にカード名称に加えて2単語ずつ簡単なキーワードが書かれているので、オラクルカード的な使い方もできそうです 絵柄は独自の解釈で描かれているため、ウェイト版に則した絵柄の物が欲しい方向けではないですが、かなりインスピレーションを刺激してくるので、絵柄から読み取る方には是非おすすめしたいです カードは、ウェイト版タロットより縦横ともに5mmくらいずつ大きいですが、一般的なオラクルカードよりは幅が1cm程狭いので手の小さい私でも楽に扱えました どちらかというとマットな質感で、サラサラした手触りなのでシャッフルしやすいです 厚すぎず薄すぎない硬めの厚紙にコーティングがしてあり縁は切りっぱなしに見えます(厚いと丈夫ですが厚すぎると78枚もあるためシャッフルしづらいのでちょうど良い感じです) バッキングは、羊皮紙に繊細な線画の蓮っぽい花が描かれているようなシンプルで素敵な絵柄で、ロゴも含めて上下対称になっているので、パッと見では正逆が分からないようになっていますが、羊皮紙っぽい下地の塗りが若干グラデーションしてしまっているため、よく見ると分かってしまいます 解説書ではカードの正位置と逆位置それぞれのメッセージとキーワードが、ウェイト版タロットの解釈を元にシャーマニズムやアメリカの先住民の教えに基づいた独自の解釈もされて書かれているようなので、リーディングの参考に訳すのも面白いと思います 解説書はカードと同じ大きさの小さいものですが、イラスト無しなのに100ページほどもあり、全てのカードの説明が文章で書かれていて、最後にはオリジナルのスプレッドがいくつか書かれている充実したものとなっています もちろん全編英語ですが、だいたいはウェイト版に則しているのでタロットカードのそれぞれの意味を知っている人、日本語のタロット解説書を別で持っている人なら読めなくても大丈夫だと思いますし、キーワードは単語なので簡単に訳せます 箱はカードより一回り大きく、オラクルカードによくある蓋が別れるタイプの作りになっているので出し入れしやすいです 私は某動画サイトのリーディング動画でパッと見て一目惚れし、絵柄や特徴をたよりに探しだしてすぐ注文しました 届いてみたら想像以上に素敵で、タロットカードもオラクルカードもいくつも所持していますが、1､2を争うほどのお気に入りになりました 「優柔不断は良くない、切磋琢磨し成長して自分を変えなさい、幸せになるための道案内はしてあげよう」と、自他ともに認める優柔不断な私に、初対面から厳しくも暖かい頼もしい言葉をかけてくれました ウェイト版に忠実というわけではないですが、かなり読みやすく頼りがいのある方だと思うので、是非おすすめしたいです

Pour ce tarot de 78 cartes, ici, ce sont les animaux qui sont à l'honneur. US Games fait des jeux de bonne qualité, et donc on prend plaisir à utiliser les cartes, qui ont une bonne glisse. Il y a un animal pour représenter chaque carte, avec deux mots-clés par carte. Les suites ont été renommées (les glands pour les bâtons, les coquillages pour les coupes, les cristaux pour les pentacles et les plumes pour les épées). Pour les mineures, il y a le signe de l'élément entre les deux mots-clés (terre-air-eau-feu), le tout expliqué au début du livret qui est en noir et blanc. Le contour des cartes est de couleur pastel, dans des teintes différentes. Le dos des cartes est réversible et lui aussi très joli. La signification des cartes suit à peu près le Rider Waite, et le livret propose des mots-clés pour la lecture à l'endroit et à l'envers. Ce jeu est très doux, car pour les cartes ayant un sens plus négatif, l'interprétation reste toujours positive et encourageante. Un peu comme un doudou tarot ?
