I noticed that the dosage in this product was double the dosage of many other popular lung cleanses on Amazon. Despite the fact that it does have Stinging Nettle (which has traditionally been used to treat high BP), I was unsure how it was going to affect my blood pressure based on other reviews, so I began by taking just one capsule before bed time. After the first dose I started to notice a difference. My morning smokers/ allergy cough has nearly subsided, and do feel like my airways have opened up. The few times I do cough, it is productive, which confirms that I do have some fluid in my lungs. I'm no longer hacking my lungs out for the first hour or so after I get up. After a few days I realized that my blood pressure was still stable (although it could be the BP meds doing their work). Either way, I finally felt comfortable enough trying the full dosage. To further prevent potential BP issues, I now take one before bed, and the second capsule during lunch the next day. I'm still seeing no noticeable changes in BP. I do smoke a pack a day and lately I can feel the effects in my lungs. I am actively working my way down to half a pack, and I'm aware that I need to quit, which I plan on doing once I get to my goal weight which will be within the next few months.
