Introduction to the collar within two days she was not barking and ignoring commands. She was giving quiet woop, woop for a warnings, listening to quiet command, she is more relaxed and so are we. We had set on only of vibration and sound. Although my dog didn't bark as much, I noticed while standing next to my dog, the collar went off even when she wasn't barking. Once it was when she was near another dog that barked and another time it was when there was just a loud noise!! I tried adjusting the sensitivity but it didn't work. I ended up taking it off and now it's just gathering dust. I guess the good part is the battery lasts a reasonably long time and it does vibrate well, just not on cue! (Addendum: I just received an email from someone regarding this issue stating they were the seller. I was offered a refund on the collar and a possible replacement on a newer version even though the time frame for a refund or return had lapsed.). This seller was willing to work with me to resolve the issue even though the timeframe had passed. I really do appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to resolve my issue.
