These are raw. The only roasted trail mix from this company will be if they include cashews and hazelnuts. Try them very delicious.

How many pieces are in one server size of the Omeg nuts?

The serving size is on the package, you should be able to see that if you scroll through or down. The nuts are regular size. I through my empty package away so couldn’t weigh any to let you know exactly. Keep in mind there is also fruit in this, like dried cranberries, for example.

This product is delicious but it is like 90% raisins, crasins and almonds. I saw only one Brazil nut and only a few cashews. 2 token pecan half’s. But yes, I ate it all in a few sittings.
