Angry Mother Microwave Cleaner

I was a bit dubious about buying this when I had read some of the reviews, but I am delighted that I went ahead and bought it. The inside of my microwave was filthy but I filled the angry mother to the line with vinegar and topped it up with water to the water line, added a squeeze of lemon juice and left it in the microwave for 7 minutes at the top temperature. It took me all of 5 minutes to wipe out the layers of grease that had accumulated. It's magic! I have now loaned it to my daughter. Every home should have one!

This product works a treat! The reason for 4 stars is because the smell is horrible when heating white vinegar. I would still recommend as it makes cleaning a lot easier

The item works exactly as it says. Easy to use etc. However, I found that the sheer effort to use the product was much more than just cleaning the microwave in the traditional manner.

The product works fine but didn't come with instructions so had to find them online.

Brilliant. Took a little time to arrive by wich I mean I'd forgotten I'd ordered it. I work in a garage... lots of men without their wifes or mothers there to clean up after them, Microwave was discusting....used angry mother to attack it, twice ! (its a man thing) came out shinning and now woman usable but take the advice on the box and add a touch of citrus to kill the smell of vinigar. Well done angry mother.

Bought this not expecting much. I was desperate to clean a microwave that we frankly hadn't given enough attention to and figured it was worth a punt. Popped it in, followed the instructions, and it actually worked really well! Got the whole thing sparkly and new, so pleased with it! I also invested in a microwave cover along with this, so hopefully no more scabby microwave for me.

Fun yet practical gadget for cleaning the microwave. It was a lovely little novelty gift, arrived on time and great value. The only thing missing was the instructions. Thankfully, we googled them, but a little awkward without them!

The microwave appeared no different than before using the product except the stainless steel interior of the oven was left with a whitish film from the vinegar which was hard to remove. It also left a lingering smell of vinegar for a couple of days. Will revert back to my old methods to clean the microwave.
