Filippo Berio Pesto, Sun Dried Tomato, 6.7 Ounce Glass Jar

Add a tablespoon to a pasta sauce, casserole, lasagna or a breaded chicken skillet dinner with capers, garlic and mushrooms, and it's amazing! Also (important to know that this sun-dried tomato pesto is made with cashew nuts not pine nuts. That's especially important to me because I'm allergic to pine nuts not cashews and I love cashews. This pesto is amazingly delicious!) Or you can slice and bake pieces of a French baguette pour a little EVOO on them bake until golden and spoon on this pesto and serve as an appetizer garnish with a Parmesan cheese if you like! I see that I can just go on and on so I'll stop now and just say, again, it's amazing!

Wow, this is good!! Tried it for the first time tonight; cooked some angel hair pasta, sauteed some diced zucchini w/basil and garlic, then tossed that into the pasta w/fresh grated parmesan, some whole milk ricotta, some black olives and a couple spoons of the tomato pesto. It was quick and delicious; I could see using this in scrambled eggs, soups and other pasta sauces. Will definitely add it to my regular pantry staples.

I love the flavor of sun-dried tomatoes , and I used to buy them dried and whole to cut up for pasta sauces. This pesto mixes easily into pastas with or without meat, shrimp, or veggies for a super fast meal. The flavor is rich and intense, so a little goes a long way. It's a great substitute for bottled sauces, and saves the time and effort necessary for making sauce from scratch. I've tried a few different sun dried tomato pestos, and this one is my favorite.

Not the highest quality selection of ingredients, but it tastes pretty good.

This is the best! I am not a 'spicy' person but love tomato-garlicky stuff. I use it on and in a lot of items.......even put a little in sandwiches........ vegies, casserole type dishes.......specialty is with kale or swiss chard!! YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!!!

This product tastes extremely good. A little expensive, but worth the price. Jar is quite small, so be prepared to order more! I generally order 2 at a time to compensate…

I love this product. It can make most of the dish taste better.

Delicious, great quality. Only down side is you have to discard it after 2 weeks of opening. Only used a table spoon for a recipe then the rest went in the garbage. If you buy this, plan on making huge batch to freeze or plan a few meals where it calls for this ingredient.

Arrived quickly and looks really tasty

Can be used as a spread over bread slices. Coat with grated cheese and toast. Makes a good snack
