It also doesn’t work in the way you are thinking based on how the question is being asked **Q: 5w led lamp causes hum in adjacent clock rado. would this reduce it?** A: Not unless you can replace the existing cord on the radio with this and a computer IEC cord. this is a power entry module for a device not a easy to install filter. You would need an electrician if it can even be installed in the radio. Typically LED lamps do not cause electrical interference unless they are either very cheap knockoffs that are poorly designed or on their way out. I was only trying to switch 4A and the switch failed after only a few cycles. The worst is that the power fails ON. You think you have turned things off but it is still on.
