Review: A case of great service - I bought one of these cases for my Samsung S23 phone sadly after a drop the case developed a crack around the sliding camera section on the case. My phone however was intact and the phone case did it's job. I reached out to the company with regards to the cracked case and not only did they reimburse me for my purchase but they gave me a replacement case too. I am giving this case 5 stars. Although it did crack after a drop it did protect my phone and the customer service was immense.

**Q: Why does my fingerprint recognition not work?**
A: The fingerprint area is pasted with dustproof film and fingerprint film. Please gently tear off the dustproof film and keep it clean. Do not tear off the transparent fingerprint film, otherwise it will cause fingerprint recognition failure.

**Q: How to increase the sensitivity of the screen?**
A: After installing the phone case, make sure that the fingerprint film is attached to the surface without air bubbles, and then reset the fingerprint to maintain the high sensitivity of fingerprint unlocking.

**Q: Why do I only receive one front frame with a screen protector?**
A: This S23 ultra case contains two front frames. The one of the front frames without screen protector is pre-installed in the case and you need to separate it from the phone case. NOTE: The case must be used with one of the front frames.

I bought one of these cases for my Samsung S23 phone sadly after a drop the case developed a crack around the sliding camera section on the case. My phone however was intact and the phone case did it's job. I reached out to the company with regards to the cracked case and not only did they reimburse me for my purchase but they gave me a replacement case too. I am giving this case 5 stars. Although it did crack after a drop it did protect my phone and the customer service was immense.

*UPDATED* Tongate contacted me after my review and I must say that their customer service is second to none! Absolutely fantastic!! The product is sturdy and drop proof to an extent. The fingerprint sensor doesn't work do its pointless having biometrics on the phone really. Which isn't too bad if you don't use biometrics but personally everything on my phone is set up to use fingerprint which makes if hardwork to do anything and even worse if again like myself you can't remember your passwords. The belt attachmemt won't ever be used, it's so big and bulky it would be like attaching a tablet to your belt.
