Review: A little noisy. - I found that this machine works well with prepping your ear with a few drops of earwax remover oil about 20 minutes before you are going to use it. I needed to run 3-4 tanks of warm water to get a surprising amount of ear wax out. It is noisy and that is the reason I did not give it 5 stars.
