Have had it for a few months now since beginning of the 2024 texas summer and hasn’t tangled up hardly at all. Think for preserving the life of the shielding casing, just like the OEM manufacture states by keeping it out of the chemically treated pool and rinse off and roll the cable up. Previous cable and vacuum unit was a refurbished model so not sure why it started to fail so fast even trying to keep it clean and rolled up. We will see how long this one lasts.
