I love my new thermometer. This must be the fourth I have bought over the years, and I think it's my favorite one. I use it mainly for my weekly sourdough breads, but hubby uses it for steaks and other foods. I love that I can fold it up, so it i very safe when you take it out of the drawer. Clumsy me, I tend to prick myself with sharp objects, and this thermometer prevents this. The display is easily readable. It appears to be very accurate and cleaning is a piece of cake. Given how much I use it and have had no problem so far, I think it is very good value for its money.

This is a must have for every kitchen if there is any roasting going on. My wife loves this. It is so accurate, and reads instantly. It is very good quality. The magnet is not a strong as I would like, but it holds on steel surfaces. The 3 volt button battery should last at least a season. I will probably order another for a backup. The price is great too.

This Lonicera Digital Thermometer is just what we needed. It came quickly and in perfect condition. It is very easy to use. It turns on when you lift up the probe. It is well lit and easy to see. It has a light button if you need the light to stay on. The temperature shows quickly and accurately. It can be either Celsius or Fahrenheit with a touch of a button. The design is nice and easy to hold in your hand. It is waterproof but I wipe it down with a soapy cloth and rinse it the same way. I do run the probe under water to clean it. It seems very durable and it should last a long time as long as you take care of it. I cannot comment on the battery life as I just started using it. Based on past experiences with similar thermometers it will last at least a couple years. Bottom line this is a great little food thermometer that I am very happy with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this meat thermometer!! It is accurate and so easy to use, seems to have a good battery, it is durable, and works well to keep the temperature correct.

I don't use it often. The backlight stopped working a few months after purchase. Need to change the battery a year later. Overall an OK product.

This thermometer is easy to use, and reads fast. I've used it for cooking meat, and it works well, with a sharp tip that penetrates easily into the meat, so you can read the temperature at various depths. I also used it to double check my Anova Sous Vide cooker. The temperatures were within 0.5 degrees of each other when it was close to the circulator., and I was able to see how well the temperature was maintained across the pot I was using.

This is an excellent device that does exactly what it is supposed to do - measure the temperature of the cooking product with speed and accuracy. I highly recommend it.
