I bought this supplement to supplement my diet and support my goals of weight gain and muscle mass. So far I have had a very positive experience. The Gourmet Vanilla flavour is pleasant and mixes quite well with milk or water, without leaving too many lumps. I liked that each serving provides a high amount of protein and carbohydrates, which is practical for those who have difficulty consuming enough calories during the day. It also feels satiating and easy to incorporate after training or between meals. The packaging arrived in good condition and the instructions are easy to follow. In general, I consider it a good option to complement an eating and exercise routine. I will continue to use it to evaluate the long-term results. My teenage son loves this vanilla powder and has used it for the last year to try and gain some width for hockey. He’s on the ice or in the gym 2-3 x a day so it’s hard to get him enough calories to gain. He’s been steadily gaining with this and a combo of eating A LOT. We mix one red scoop (which measures 1/2 C) in a mini ninja with half and half cream, a banana, 4 or 5 strawberries, and top up with whole milk and it actually tastes good enough for me to drink too. I usually don’t like protein drinks. We just started getting the 12 pound bag as it is more economical than the 6lb tub. Be aware that the included scoop is a 1/2 cup, and a serving size is 2.5 cups, so really, each scoop is only a little over 10 grams of protein. I found it confusing so I even measured the 333 gram serving size with a food scale and my own measuring cups, and sure enough, to get 52g of protein you have to use FIVE of the included 1/2C scoops. My son drinks two shakes a day (1 red scoop/half cup in each for a total of 1 cup daily. The odd time he can manage to get three shakes down in a day). TBH we’ve never blended up an actual 5 scoop/52g protein serving because it seems like it world turn out like cake batter and our little ninjas aren’t big enough but maybe I’ll borrow someone’s regular size blender and try it out. If I do, I’ll try to update the review. Overall happy with it, just make sure you realize your scoop size and how it will relate to your macros.

At first I wanted to rate it kinda badly because it tasted pretty bad, like bad and didn’t mix well. But I figured I wasn’t being very creative and decided to give it a second chance with my morning cold brew coffee and creamer. It made a world of difference and I actually crave it a bit now. I mix one scoop protein in half a protein shaker of hot water about 124 degrees and it mixes effortlessly, then I add my cold brew and my creamer and shake and it has a delightfully creamy milkshake like taste. I drink two a day. It keeps me full throughout the morning when I don’t really want to eat yet and it helps me hit my calories and nutrients and I supplement with another meal or two throughout the day. So @ $40 something dollars I like it. I can’t stand the skinny workout trend and idea that protein drinks and bars, whatever, should be super low in calories and a quick snack at $5+ a serving. My other protein that had 530 calories a serving but tasted so delicious I would drink 2 a day has gone up to $80 for 2 weeks worth. Wtf!? Lol So honestly with a little creativity this may be the best meal type muscle building shake thats on here right now.

My husband has this 2 times a day. Loves it. He has used other products before, and this is the one. He likes the taste. Chocolate, n Vanilla his favorite. Fruity pebbles not a fan. He highly recommends this. He like me wont unless he likes it or believes in a product. One thing take time to shake a bit specially if you have 2 scoops. Other than that its a great product.

This stuff tastes great! I order it every 10 days to two weeks. Great for ppl who dont get enuff calories and want to maintain their weight or even add some pounds!

Also am Anfang habe ich mich gewundert das da soviel Pulver rein kommt.. Doch es hilft wirklich sehr gut vorallem wenn man zunehm will wie ich habe es regelmäßig genomm und innerhalb von einer woche 2 kilo zu genommen... Doch sind die 2700 kilo schnell weg deswegen werde ich mir die 5000 nehmen denk ich... Der Geschmack ist auch ziemlich gut .... Daumen hoch Klasse Produkt und Klasse Preis....
