I noticed an immediate problem with the display and the buttons seeming pressed down or damaged.I contacted Amazon support and was issued a replacement with a 30 day period to return the defective item. So I packaged the item up, dropped it off as instructed by amazon at my local ups, and waited for my replacement to arrive.The next day comes, and my replacement has arrived. The same product, “ kadams horizontal, visual, audio timer. Again the product is showing the exact same issue as the previous product. (See pictures attached for product info and damage.) so instead of contacting Amazon, this time, I am reaching out to the customer service department. To try and see if there’s a resolution for a refund, and a replacement product for the hassle. Or if there’s a different products similar that has less issues. However, I’ve yet to receive a response from their customer service department. So I am contacting amazon support once again.
