Revised Review: I've include clear instructions.
BTW: while I've complained to their customer service, in no way have they paid me to alter my review. I'm writing this because if you purchase these shades, especially if you get multiple ones, this will hopefully save you the frustration that I went thru. I have 16 of these shades for my home. Original review: These shades are a nightmare. They will stop in the middle and no longer go down. I"ve spend hours trying to debug this and to no avail. They are nice IF they work. Very Very frustrated. I've reset to factory settings, checked their brief instructions sheet that they call a manu. We'll see if I can actually contact customer support to fix this issue. So basically they are unreliable in motorized function Revised Review: OK, I've figured out how to program these shades and they program perfectly. The instructions are somewhat inadequate so here's my version. Hope it helps you get thru this. Note the batteries contain the program to operate the shade. The remote controls the program in the battery units. I'm assuming you have the instruction sheet in front of you: Ensure the remote is linked to the shade: 1. Press the button on the battery until the shades rotate once. 2. In the remote, remove the cover. Locate the Admin-User switch. Switch it onto Admin mode. 3. Press the S or Selector button until the shades rotate once. Now that shade is synced to that channel. Set the Max down travel of the shade. 1. bring the shade down to where you like it to stop. 2. Assuming that your selector switch is set to Admin, press the down arrow on the remote until it rotates once. 3. It is not set for max downward travel. NOTE: to allow this setting to work, you must switch the Admin-User switch on the remote to User. Set the Max Upward travel. It's the same as the downward travel procedure. Make sure you do this because if you don't, every time you allow your shade to top up, it will over stretch going up and then relieve itself. The problem is that this will stress the thin cord that pulls the shade up. This is what will eventually snap and you have a broken shade. Trouble shooting: If the up control makes the shade go down: Press the button the battery until the shade rotates 3 times. If all else fails, reset it to factory: Press the button on the battery until the shade rotates 4 times. Note: These shades are relatively fragile. The upward and downward travel is controlled by a thin cord that rolls up and down that will eventually break. I've come to accept this and can most likely repair a broken cord when it does break. I had one brake in about a year. I'd recommend to the manufacturer that they replace that cotton type cord with something stronger. Still for my needs these shades are perfect and I could not source anything like this anywhere else.

Excellent blinds. Good company.
Just installed these blinds and am very happy. Great fit and just as easy to install as promised. Well designed with convenient push thing to insert extract from brackets. Very happy with this purchase and now expecting to buy more and a control hub. One issue though, initially they sent the wrong size- but were very responsive when contacted and immediately sent out the correct one. Would recommend.

Great blinds poor connection
First off the blinds are absolutely awesome. The solar power keeps in charge all through winter. The one negative is the communication from Google home to these blinds is poor which means when you say open blind you might have to say it two or three times . Same from the app. Sometimes hitting the button once blinds react. Sometimes you got to hit two or three times.

Not just a hang up and it worked great product. Several issues.
I bought two, one new, one like new. New one had top slat bent, but easy install everything as specified. The used one (like new) had some issues. The shaft that controls the opening and closing was disconnected. There is a little hold down that uses a socket head screw to keep everything in position. That was loose. Simple fix to get it all lined up and clamped down, but then had to go through the relearning position steps. Simply followed the instructions in the included manual. Time consuming, but not difficult. Not just a hang up and it worked great product.

Perfect
It's great! The window that these blinds are on is not easily accessible. It's nice to have these blinds where I can easily close and open.

Very quiet with easy installation
Great cordless blinds, very easy to install, it took all of 15 minutes to install two of them. They are very slow, but very quiet and communicate well with the remote. The solar charger is a very nice plus.
