انا وين كاينه قبلها عن جد ريحتنييييي. تكنس وتمسح. جيده. سعرها مناسب كمان بصراحة بتساعد ست البيت اذا كان شغلك كثير. مشكلتها ولا اعتبرها مشكله ان بطاريتها تخلص بعد ساعه وتص ساعتين. بس انا شقتي صغيره تخلص الكنس اخرر الشحن تكون خلصت البيت كامل وعلبه القمامه تحتاج لتنظيف بشكل دوري بعد كل كنس. جيده. اعجبتنيييي. ❤️❤️👌🏻 رجعت ياجماعه بعد سنتين. اضيف على تقييمي للمكنسه. البطاريه بدت تضعف وتكتس ربع ساعه عشر دقائق وتفصل المكنسه بشكل كامل وعملت كل التوصيات. دون فايده. يعن مدة وعمر هالمكنسه فقط 2 سنه. للاسف. هي جيده في الاداء تعودت عليها. لكن لم تطل المدة عندي 😩

1 year and 1 month later, the device does not perform as designed. Stopped charging, does not return to the dock, etc. I guess you get what you pay for 🤯 also no information available on support for repairs to the device - expected something better from Amazon

the packagain was perfect, very neat, the robot does its job perfectly when it comes to vaccuming but when it comes too mopping i dont find it useful, it always tells some obstacles and we even tried setting the map again,

I buy this vacuum cleaner after 3 months water stopped coming outside from vacuum, I called amazon they don't care, for repairing, they give me the global email for xiaomi they don't reply don't do same mistake as me I have 1 more year extended warranty and not i call I talk and they don't return my money I call they don't come to tech it to supplier from GCC ,in gulf buy from shop they have warranty don't spoil your money like me

After One year of using it I can say that its not that powerfull but it does the job, it doesn't clean as good as a human being but it belps a lot in daily life. The baterie life has decreased, the mopping that uses the water is not working anymore and it doesn't vaccum the same way as before as well. If you want something long term for yourself this is not the One for you.

I bought a no-name vacuum a year ago and am very happy with it. I definitely expected no worse from Xiaomi But it turns out that it is much worse than the previous cheap vacuum cleaner. It doesn't do dry cleaning well, it doesn't do wet cleaning well, it doesn't understand that it’s is driving on carpets during wet cleaning and often gets into places where it can't get out.

Estoy muy contenta con el aparato

Tengo poco más de una semana de haberlo comprado y lo estamos usando de manera diaria, es un área de 80m2 y tenemos 2 perros y desde el primer día el cambio fue muy satisfactorio. La casa se mantiene más limpia y el sistema de navegación que usa es super eficiente. Vi algunos comentarios negativos que la verdad no los veo justificados yo al contrario estoy muy satisfecho, en cuanto al trapeado creo que lo seguiré haciendo de forma manual debido a que le falta fuerza para sacar las machas pero en lo que se refiere a barrer y aspirar es insuperable
