Lion's Mane Mushroom Gummies

I like to use these when I want an extra boost of lion's mane or didn't get some in my smoothie in the morning. The texture is more like a Welch's fruit snack then a typical gummy, meaning its chewier. It has a slight monk-fruit-sweetener aftertaste but I don't mind it, probably because it has regular sugar in there too so its not too strong. I don't know if lion's mane 'works' for me but it doesn't have any negative effects on me.

I rarely write reviews. I feel like this one is necessary. I’ve been taking this specific brand of Lion’s Mane gummies for almost 2 years now. Initially, I did purchase them for brain function/memory/cognition for work, but something else happened I wasn’t expecting. I suffered from a sensitive stomach for years. I’m in my 40’s, and lived on Tums. I was told I was lactose intolerant when I was a kid, but for the last 10-15 years, it seemed like the list of things I could eat without getting an upset stomach was dwindling on top of dairy stuff. After about a week of taking these gummies, I wasn’t noticing a brain function difference, but my digestive system completely changed. I was no longer rushing to the bathroom after a meal. The longer I took these gummies, the better my gut has gotten. 2 years later, I am eating ice cream, which would have NEVER happened before! I’m telling you, there is something to these things! I would HIGHLY recommend trying these if you have any kind of ongoing stomach issues. Other than the lactose intolerance, I was never diagnosed with any other issues, however my wife speculates that I have IBS. There were no negative side effects to these. They taste good and are now a daily part of my routine!

I use gummies because many vitamins have a terrible scent or are too large to swallow easily. Unfortunately these “strawberry” gummies not only do not taste or smell ANYTHING like fruit, they also taste not great. I can choke one down but I won’t buy these gummies again, I’ll try a different brand. I don’t mind that they taste terrible so much as that they’re marketed to taste like strawberries and it’s entirely false. How did the company taste these and decide to label it as strawberries? Have they never tasted a strawberry?? These gummies taste like…. Rancid church wine? It’s hard to place but that’s the closest I can guess. Tbf I have tried much much worse tasting vitamins, but “not the grossest tasting gummy” is not a huge selling point.

I’ve been taking OM Mushroom Superfood Lion’s Mane daily for months, and it’s noticeably boosted my memory, mental clarity, and overall focus without any jitters or crashes. The 2,000mg dose per serving feels potent yet gentle—perfect as a natural nootropic for work, creativity, or just staying sharp. Organic, USA-grown, no funky additives, and it mixes easily into coffee or smoothies (mild earthy taste, not overpowering). Nerve health benefits are a bonus too. Way better results than other brands I’ve tried—highly recommend for anyone looking to support brain function long-term!

these are gummies, so no annoying pills to swallow, which is a plus. while the flavor's not awful, I'm not in love with it either. a health-centric friend of mine who's also a nurse practitioner/RN highly recommended these mushroom supplements for their ability to improve memory/cognitive abilities, and mine seem to have taken a sudden nose-dive since the start of the pandemic. I've only been using these since mid-October 2023, and honestly, I don't remember to take them every day (ha!) so I can't say that I've been using the product long enough to testify to how well it works. they're not cheap, but I trust my friend's judgement about the benefits of the product, and the soundness of the brand, so I'm going to do what the Dr says and keep taking them. UPDATE 7/31/24: I stopped after the 1st bottle. I was feeling no benefit, and they're not exactly inexpensive. my husband has kept up with them, and is still using them today, so maybe if I start to notice his cognitive abilities improving, I'll update again. I don't think these can harm you, and natural supplements or foods aren't like taking medicine, so I understand that you can't expect immediate results. I hoped for more, wasn't seeing the results and probably stopped too soon, but... I wouldnt discourage someone else from trying them for a few months, seeing if they benefit from them.

Don’t buy these. That means are stale very hard to chew. And the taste is horrible. I was unable to return. Don’t recommend this product.

Great taste, good energy boost and focus. I use 2 in the afternoon instead of coffee.

The taste is growing on me. At first the taste was a bit overwhelming and I needed a chaser. I think they help with focus and in hindsight maybe memory. At least, it seems I’m more confident that nothing has slipped through the cracks on busy days at work. I munch 2 or 3 a day.
