A solid and simple design that should be very strong and reliable. It's very loud so should be heard from a long distance. The strap is just about okay. The clip let's it down. It's not very strong. An emergency whistle needs to be there in an emergency and I'm not sure the clip is up to the job. Can't fault the whistle though.

I have been getting a bit disappointed with amazon lately - it seems that nearly every purchase from here turns out to be a load of rubbish from china, some cheap plastic tat that you just wish you hadn't bothered with. Every time I read a description and believe it I feel I was deceived when this cheap cr4p arrives in the mail looking not too much like the picture I fell for on the site! Well what about this product then? Two whistles...surely you can't go wrong? I suppose they could sound terrible, they could be too quiet or just weak and not suitable for the task at hand?
