I have a knitting machine that I wanted to stay in one place. So I screwed it onto a piece of wood, then glued this sheet of rubber with gorilla glue to the underside of the wood. This is thick enough to protect my tables, and nonskid enough that I can operate my knitting machine with one hand and it does. Not. Move.
