I have two of these and they have been going strong for a year. I love how easy it is to adjust the height. They make it very easy to have the heater plate at an angle to give the chicks a different range of temperatures to choose. I have sprayed it off with a hose multiple times and had no issues as long as I let it dry completely before plugging back in.
