Strap is shorter than most crossbody bags.

I wasn't sure this cross-body bag would be soft enough; however, it is exactly what I was looking for. It is roomy and classy. My only negative is that the strap could be longer. I added an additional hole and it now sits just at my waist. I am 5.3" (petite), do not have a long back, and prefer to have my cross-body bags hit a little below the waist. I hope this helps to just to give you an idea regarding the shortness of the strap. Other than that I am very pleased.

It's a good size, it's really cute but poor quality

It's a good size, it's really cute but poor quality. I just used for one week and one of the zippers is not working anymore.
