Do they come in a gift box?

No - not a gift box. They do come boxed and I just opened to check they were all ok before resealing and wrapping up in gift paper. The first set I had did have one glass broken but it was replaced immediately. I later bought another set for myself as I loved the shape and feel of the glasses.

Are there 4 or 6 (different in title and in detailed description )?

Hi, there are 6. These are billed as white wine glasses but they are MASSIVE!! Look gorgeous though

Can This Be Washed In The Washing Machine?

I presume you mean a dishwasher. Sorry I don't know as I don't have a dishwasher. I think these glasses feel lovely in the hand though and I adore the shape so it might be worth purchasing even if you do have to wash by hand.
