Highly recommend. Easy to wash, appears unbreakable, easy to use and is compact size. Quiet to use, I am not disturbing anyone else in the room when I use it. Dishwasher safe is also a plus. After a month of use I truly believe my breathing has improved. The different levels of resistance is very beneficial. If you are undecided give it a try.

This lung expansion and exercise device doesn’t need any additional power. There’s no need for batteries or charging. The device all comes apart for easy cleaning so it can be sanitized. There’s three different size metal balls. This makes it easy for continued use while building up Breathing stamina. The mouthpiece is square piece that is angled so that the mouse easily and tightly fits around it. This also has a small eyelet on it. This eyelet makes it possible to secure it to a cord that can be that attached to something else so that doesn’t get lost. This comes in handy when using this for extended periods of time so that it doesn’t easily get lost or misplaced.
