How thick or heavyweight is this sweater?

First, for all those stating that this isn't 90% cotton, the material and cotten content vary by color. I think only the black is 90% cotton. Second, to call this material - at least the black, 90% cotton that I have - the "Ultimate Cotton Heavyweight" is a flat out lie. The sweatshirt is okay, I guess. But it certainly ISN'T heavyweight material by anything even approaching reasonable standards. My own description would be a medium/light material. or the roughly $9 I paid, I'm not too disappointed. But if this had been any more money I would have sent it back immediately, citing the farce of a description that states the material is heavyweight.

Will these shrink? i bought two. one xl and one xxl that are 90% cotton. the xxl is huge and the xl is perfect. worried about shrinkage

I bought a medium and mine did shrink a little in the dryer, but not enough to be a problem. If you air dry it you should not have any shrinkage issues

NO. It has a large pesky tag that often needs to be 'tucked back in'.

Is this good fit for big and tall? I am 5'11 and about 300lbs. What would be a recommended size?

I am 6' 2" 200 lbs I wear over other shirt I bought a 3x and fits me great

Well made, but flimsy paper thin summer wear and not heavyweight as described. Percentage of cotton content lower than advertised. Not sure if wrong item sent, or incorrectly described to dupe the customer. Will be returning.
